Try this look from Emily Noel. This would look very HOT!
I also think this purple/blue would look good.

i find with fair skin u dont wanna go 2 bronzed because it is much of a natural look and by wearin white it will naturally make u look a shade darker because of the contrast..and if u do wear bronzer be careful that it doesnt come off onto your dress..
make up wise i would stick with dark browns and in the corner of your eye use a bright light gold..also, my opinion is use a black eyeliner on the inner lash line on the top and bottom and also the outter top 1/2 of your lashes..then start with the darker eyeshadow on the outside and then a lighter 1 in the middle and finally the gold..after you hav done that use the lightest eyeshadow on the palette to blend the colour out so it looks a little more professionally done..then do the mascara
and dont forget a more browner tinged blush and a natural lip colour..once you've done these redo your mascara and your done =)
i did my make up for my ball - make sure you take a small little touch up kit in your clutch
one last thing.. this site is good if you need any hints =) http://www.primped.com.au
oh my god, i had like almost the same problem. only not for grad. my best advice is stay really natural, mutual colours are always the best. use the same toners and cover up.. well something like these

Hope I helped, good luck honey :)
I'd get some eye shadow to match teh gold braided sash, and since your fair skinned, a rosy pink lipgloss/color/stick and then do some rosy blush and maybe finish off the eyes some brown eyeliner/mascara. Also, go to maccosmetics.com to talk to one of the makeup artists
