What is the best way to do my makeup for a long white glittery dress (olive complexion)?

I am hispanic, long black/brown hair (black at the top, brown at the bottom). My skin tone is med dark, like jennifer lopez (no I'm not saying I look like her, I don't, but my skin tone is the same).





I have a special occasion to go to, and don't want my usual makeup. What is the best way to do my makeup for a long white glittery dress (olive complexion)?
