Who cares about the make up that outfit will speak loudly enough you could have clown face on and people wouldn't care...wow, that's hideous!
for sure use either nice white shimmery type with light pink or a light green would look hot anything with those light spring colors will look nice, even u can use gold too! i also think creme blush would look good it brings out ur cheeks more but go with a natrual gloss since you have a hott pink dress *make sure u take a pic and smile*
stick with laid-back, skin-toned colors. you dont want to take away from the dress. sounds cute ;)
Pick one feature to really bring out and then go easy on the others. Usually people like to bring out the eyes the most, but either works. If you have braces though, you should definatly bring out the eyes, not the mouth. I'm thinking either go with light pink tones or natural colors (bronze, tan,...).

hmm I would wear some gold eye shadow, with a little bit of eye liner. Maybe mix the gold with some sparkling white. Definitely blush. with a light toned color lip gloss. that would look really cute.
It depends what color eyes you have, people who have darker eyes should wear lighter colors, such as pink, blue or white, or light greens, but if your eyes are light, try a silver, gold or something. I would wear either a white with gold highlights and good eyeliner and mascara or I would wear something shimmer...
