Try a heavy black eyeline and a black mascara, try HIP by LOREAL, liquid eyeline but use any stick eyeliner first then finish with a black mascara, DEFINE-A-LASH by LOREAL works well, :)


And try a foundation on your lips, lightly to make them alittle paler, or a ligloss would work just fine.

wow i would probably just go with a good coat of jet black mascara , maybe look at getting some falsh eyelashes PROFESSIONALLY applied if its a special occassion, i would say that blue eyeliner will clash terribly to be honest i think you should use black and keep blush and lips as natural as possible for instance a light or natural coloured lipstick and light blush , your dress is a strong colour so don't overdo it with the makeup
