I'm wearing blue and white dress with silver accessories to an all day wedding. I have blue eyes i have a bit of a tan at the moment as well. i would wear white eye shadow on the inner side (closest to your nose.) and light blue on the outer side and for the lips i would wear a pale pink lip gloss.
I think you should use the pink colour eye make up and a pink lipstick for the day's wedding, and change to voilet in the evening part of the wedding.
I have a friend whose got the most beautiful blue eyes and blonde hair.. not a typical 'blue eyes blonde hair' but she really knows how to make herself gorgeous....
The best way I've seen her enchance her eyes is by using a light gray (dark silver) eye liner (pencil) around her Outer Lower lashes (very thin line beneath the lashes as to just make the eye a lil bigger and bring out the blue in them )... and also a soft little line on the top eye lid ... this color (more than an obvious blue) reaaaally makes the blue eyes a wonder.. and also she applies some black mascara on her lashes.. but make sure u swipe the mascara brush a couple of times on the container so as it doesnt make ur lashes sticky and scary...
Also... a light (not dark and Not pale) pink lipgloss on the lips...
(no need to mention that the foundation color must be exactly like ur real skin color and a little light pink blush ur cheek apples...)

I think that because you have blue eyes, have either Silver eyeshadow on, or even a light blue. This will make your eye colour stand out, and it will also match your outfit. With the lips, i say you should just put a clear gloss on them just to give them a shine, and dont forget to take the gloss with you, for a top up every now and then. I dont think you will need to change your make-up in the evening. Unless you have Silver eyeshadow for the Wedding, and then Blue for the evening? or the other way round. Either way you'll look great.
Very light brown/white/silver eyeshadow, black eyeliner, pink lipgloss and maybe light pink blush.

Black Eyeliner
Glittery Blue or Blue Eyeshadow
Pale Pink Foundation
Pale Pink Lipstick
You don't need to change it for the evening!

Navy blue eyeliner..baby blue eyeshadow.
Blue shade on eyes and pink shade on face. No it will be good for the event if you do not sweat or wash your face.
I have the same problem with a wedding im going to next weekend although im wearing navy and cream dress! you could wear a nice bright blue shadow along on your bottem, outer lash line! i have barry m's dazzle dust in a blue/turqoise! its lovely and really nice to wear day or night! as ive got a navy one aswell im guna do that too! it reallly opens your eyes up, ive often done it wen i look tired to refresh me! just dont put too much on, a little goes a long way! :) xx
