How to do my makeup for black and white picture?

We've got a big family black and white picture to get taken in a few weeks, I've gotta wear a white top and black pants. I've got really fair skin and real dark hair and medium brownish/greenish eyes. I usually do purple around my eyes when I'm getting dressed up but I don't know what to do because I don't want the darker color to make me look like a raccoon in the black and white picture... Suggestions? How to do my makeup for black and white picture?
just wear the basics. keep it natural. like curl your eyelashes and put on some mascara. oh, and also some black eyeliner on the top of your eyelashes. that would look good, with not to much, and it will not make you look like a racoon. ahahah. goodluck =)How to do my makeup for black and white picture?
You're right darker shade of color will make you look like a raccoon. Go light on your eye shade - go light blue if you must. Red, Green, Purple are the darkest shades. You want to look natural, not going to a Disco looks. Think of high executive looks. Look at those photos on boxes for hair coloring, make up, and see what color they use that is the lightest as possible. Can't really tell you any shade suggestion for I don't know your skin tones. If you have a digital camera, do some photo test - set it to black and white mode.
Hi Roo

Just put on ordinary makeup. It is the studio lighting that can offset what features that need to be enhanced or not. So do not worry about make-up whatsoever.

Wear lighter colored makeup but not too light.
