If there's imperfection in your face, wouldn't it be easier to get treatment to get rid of them instead of applying concealer and makeup every day? I know like ppl get chemical peel and their face looks great and feel like a baby's butt. So why women?Why must white girls put on makeup everytime they go out?

i dont wear alot.
but i like to make my eyes stand out,

I've noticed the farther south you go, the more occasions women find it necessary to make themselves up. I grew up in TX and you would almost never find a woman under 40 at a grocery store without makeup on and dressed nicely. Now I live in Virginia, and it's sweats city. I went to Minnesota once and into the Mall of America and it looked like half the girls in there just rolled out of bed and put on shoes with their PJs and went out.
Cultural differences span regions as well as races, I guess is my point.
why only white?! Im going to be honest with you, im a white girl im 19 and ive worn makeup every single day since the age of 13. and no its isnt as easy as that to just get an imperfection treated, i mostly do it because i like my eyes to stand out. also the main reaosn is because when i have it on i feel good about myself, your wrong by saying just white girls because i no plenty of blacks,asians etc... that wear just as much make up as me :).
There are plenty of white girls who don't use make up, and plenty of black girls who do, don't be so stereotypical. Most people wear make up not just to hide their imperfections (and no, it isn't always easier to treat them) but to enhance their looks and have a bit of fun. Why do you care anyway?
sorry but have to say your question is quiet offensive....first of all not all ';white'; girls wear make-up everyday...second. there are plenty of girls from different races that wear make-up everyday. so really ur question should be asking y do some girls feel the need to wear make-up everytime they go out......and sometimes these girls can't help it, it's just that they feel insecure about the way they look so we need to support these people to let them no they are naturally beautiful.
That's just a little racist don't you think? We're aloud to do whatever we want, and we should do whatever we want to feel better about ourselves. Maybe we just want to look as good as we can because one day we're not gonna be so pretty. I agree with belhop. It just enhances your looks and it's fun! I think whites wear it more because it shows up better on their skin. But don't be so quick to call out one race, no offense but it kind of makes you sound like a racist.

Because makeup doesn't cost as much as surgery. Besides, girls love makeup because it is fun to put on and be glamorous. BTW, not only ';white girls'; put on makeup, I'm certain other races do too.

Its not that, its just with white (i'm not sure with african-americans) the skin is usually uneven andits nicer being all one shade, and glowy not dull and grey like face skin can be. It's not that they look bad underneath it, we just look dull and boring. Women have a lot of insecurities brought on by society and, i know i feel, that in order to be and feel beauitful I should take time and do myself up. Yes, it would be easier to treat the zit but then you still have the zit until it goes away, therefore until then, cover it so no one knows.
And YES that is very stereotypical. Makeup, to a lot of people like myself, is an art. Its an art to MANY asians, african americans, and whites. So please don't be so stereotypical and think for yourself.
