its doesnt matter what color your skin is, its all about the eyes. if your determined to fit it to your skin color, pinks, blues and greens

You should use a waterbased foundation, it is very hard for me to find good make-up as well. If you use a waterbased nearly naked make-up it is the best. Almay has come out with a new brand called Nearly Naked. It goes on pretty clear but covers many blemishes. I woul definitely use an ivory color. It also depends on your skin, do you have pink in your skin? use a pinker looking ivory, if you are pure white I would use the purest looking ivory possible...

It also depends on what color your hair is, most of the time if you have light hair you want to really play up your eyes, and keep your lips neutral, and if you have dark hair its a lil easy because you just have to make sure your brows look nice because your brows really frame your face.
Look for foundation with the word ';Ivory'; in it. They tend to be the lightest shades good for those with fair skin. And when putting on the rest of your makeup, you'll probably want more color. Light bronzes on your eyelid can really draw some attention to your eyes. Try a little bit of blush and some pink lip gloss or lipstick.
Covergirl Ivory. You need to get some different stuff and experiment with it or go to a dept. store and let them apply theirs and see what you think.

The eye shadow colors that look great on pale skin are light pastels like lavender pink and peach. You can never go wrong with brown.
