WHite chocolate is made from fat and is bad for you.......dark chocolate is good for you and healthy. Milk chocolate is better than white and it does have some nutritional value.

milk chocolate is from coco bean white isn't its extracted from that but not from the bean that makes it brown and dark chocolate is alot more chocolate then the added stuff to it like milk chocolate has added stuff to the chocolate to make it lighter and creamy dark is less added stuff to it and more of the pure chocolate if u can't stand bitter sweet or bitter chocolate u can use others to go on taste
