I dont think her makeup was pure white but it definately was light and i was wondering how you do that makeup that she had in the movie Sydney White.

well, for one her skin was just really light! =D lol but also, there is a special poweder that you can buy and you powder it on your ears and face and neck, try that they sell it at wal-mart and target and probley online!
she lined her top and bottom lashes with white/cream liner but on bottom put it more on the inside strip of the lid and then put regular liner where you normally put it and mascara.
