Your eyeshadow should be the compliment color of the dress. If there's more white, do pink (and vice versa) and/or if there's another color (such as green petals on the flowers), you may want to incorporate that as well.

Let's say the dress is mostly white with pink flowers.

Pink (super easy!) smokey eyes!

- Start off with base on your lids (foundation will do fine).

- Cover your entire lids with a pink shadow (loose or pressed are both fine) similar to the color on the dress.

- Take a darker pink and go over the crease, to create shape and shadow.

- Apply a highlighter and/or slightly pinkish tinted shadow from the crease, all the way up to your brow bones.

- Blend the blunt lines in.

- Line your top lids with either a grey (or brown would probably work) liquid liner.

- If you can, do your waterline too (right above your bottom lashes); if not, get as close as possible.

- Make the top and bottom liner lines meet at the outer corners and make a very small cateye (extend/slightly whisk the liner outwards).

[And remember, if updoing the eyes,

downplay the lips!]

Anddd voila.

Very easy, cute makeup! What is the best prom makeup for a off white and pink flowered dress?
I would highlight your eyes in Cover Girl Champagne, its the best! don't over do it but put enough. I think pastels when you described your colors.Maybe line your eyes in a dark smokey Grey or shimmery brown. do a pinkish lip gloss and dab a tint more of the champagne right in the middle of both lips more on bottom one of course. This makes lips appear bigger. Try some benefit sparkle shimmer for the rest of your body and something similar. that is just what came to my mind, good luck! go pink in the creases of the eyes, but dont combine a pastel shimmer with a bold pink shadow, you will look like you walked out of the 80's.
brown eyeliner and light and dark pink eyeshadow
if you want to be neutral then try champagne eyeshadow or gold with some dark brown eyeliner and some dark brown mascara then finish it off with some cute pink gloss

if you want to make a statement then maybe try some pink eyeshadow with black eyeliner and black mascara

The products i like for this look is Flirt!(at kohls) dreamy eyes eyshadow in Girlie Girl, MAX Factor Voulume Couture in black noir, and for eyeliner mayve some revlon colorstay(its waterproof too!)
The thing is your eyeshadow should never match your gown. You should play it up with some colors that bring out your eyes. If you have blue eys use light sheer purple. green eyes you should use blue eyeshadow. Brown eyes use dep golds and grey. Hazel eyes green eyeshadow. Eyeliner: You should do it really thinly across your whole eye. use brown black. it will make your eyes look bigger and prettier. Lipstick even though you didnt ask for it. Use a sheer rose color thats sorta like lipgloss.
Keep it light and flirty

Don't wear eyeliner unless you want your eyes to look smaller http://thebodyshop.com/bodyshop/browse/p鈥?/a>

Make sure you remove all the makeup when you're done with prom http://thebodyshop.com/bodyshop/browse/p鈥?/a>
light pink with and shiny, glossy pink lipgloss try to use some diamond accesories, if you would like. and some gentle brown blush. with some black eye shadow, for your skin your eyes will be noticable. make your eye lashes long and dark. I Wish You Luck At Prom.
u could use pale pink eye shadow..if u want ure eyes 2 look big n pretty use eyeliner and pencil.(black only).avoid lipstick n use a good lipgloss instead.
try some light pink eyeshadow ..

..and for eyeliner either black or brown ..

you could also try doing this thing that i just learned recently..

you take a small small brush and dip the end into some sparkly powder (whatever color is the same as your shadow) and then put it right on top of or underneath your eyeliner.

its very pretty.

i saw it in a magazine on ashley tisdale

have fun at prom=]
