Well, I have my semi really soon and I am leaving this a bit to the last minute but, I am wearing a white dress with a thick black band under the chest and I am bit stuck on what colour/kind of makeup I should do?
Can any one give me some ideas, please?

You should wear black eyeliner and white eyeshadow on the one part of your eyelid then go into a black or grey color. Black mascara an d some body glitter. Hope I helpedWhite dress, what makeup!?
I would do a light smokey gray and white. Like put the white on your upper lid and the gray on the lower, just make sure you dont make it too dark!! good luck and have fun
