its for both but i think its more for dark skinned people because the there is a variety of color and a lot of pigment in the eye make up, lipsticks, liners, gloss, and especially the foundation but HIP cosmetics aren't good because they too bold and look terrible and just a bad version of mac cosmetics.
dark i think, i think that line has the darkest foundation i have ever seen. like african dark
