Makeup: Applying White Eyeliner?

Okay here is my eye basically makeup free except for a tiny bit of mascara (my eyelashes are very light brown/blonde). I want my eyes to be bigger and I heard white eye liner can do the trick. So how do I got about applying it? Pencil or Liquid?

Pencil works best for that I think :)Makeup: Applying White Eyeliner?
um idk.....
Put it around your eye like eyeliner. I have better luck with a pencil than a liquid.
either one is ok , but use white on the bottem , not the top and your eyes will look bigger
the best way to do it... is not soooo thick but thin... apply it on top of the eyelashes but toughing them... and just make the eyeliner a little longer then your eyes.
liquid is the best.

because it always stays on longer, and shines more.

pencil can rub off very easily.

btw:pretty eye colorr. ;]
pencil it in and only near th inside corners of your eyes to make them stnad out without having way to much eyes makeup on !!! then add little mascara and your good to go !!! :)
Okay, I always remember the trashy girls wearing white eyeliner, but, that doesn't mean you can't make it look beautiful. I see some people say to use a liquid. I would have to disagree. First of all, your eyes are gorgeous, but you would really enhance them if you use brown tones and darker green tones. As you approach the brow area, use a very light tan, as this will make your eyes pop. I wasn't blessed with green eyes, but I wear green contacts and I'm amazed myself on how I can make my eyes look. You said you don't wear much eye makeup, so if you do decide on the white pencil route, put it along the top and bottom lash line, but smear it with your finger and slightly exaggerate the outward corner. Good luck!
White eyeliner is meant to go on your waterline and lightly on your tearducts. Applying a highlight under the eyebrow also opens up the eye. You can use a shimmery white eyeshadow for that. It would be best to use a pencil, it's easier to apply to your waterline. The picture below is the perfect example.

all you do is put white pencil eyeliner in the inner rim of your eye, making the whites of your eye bigger..making your whole eye look bigger. maybe look a video up on youtube but its pretty simple. hope this helps =D
Ok all you need is a white eyeliner pencil, simply line the bottom of your eyes. not too much, just enough to make your eyes look more open. there is a wet and wild one i think, very cheap like $2 max. i think liquid would be too messy since you're supposed to put the white eyeliner on the bottoms only. so try pencil it would be much easier. also you could put some light colored shadow on the corner of your eye like here:

you see where the corner is? like put a little shadow on that inner corner and then you can put another shade of shadow over the crease of your eye.

also i heard navy will make your eyes look bigger so you could try white eyeliner on the bottom, a little shimmery white or cream shadow in the inner corner and a pretty navy shadow on your lid or you could just put navy eyeliner on the top of your eye- liquid or pencil either one would work.

it would look really great plus the navy would go well with your eye color.

good luck

this video might help =]
you would use pencil, not liquid. apply it to your bottom inner rim.
Use A Black/Brown Liquid Liner To Do A Think Line At The Top With A Small Little Wing.

Then White Liner On Your Bottom Waterline.
wow!

you have pretty eyes! :) im jelous.

umm juss do it like regualr eyeliner.

and pencil or liquid dont matter.

liquid juss looks more precise, doesnt really smudge and lasts longer.

its up to you tho.

there both good.
My mom usees a pencil from mac.It works really good!!!!
