Long, thick, brown wavy hair, blue-green eyes, white skin. Best eye makeup?

What color eye shadow do you think would bring out my eyes? Should I wear eyeliner? I'm only thirteen, but need to look all pretty for a special event this Wednesday. What colors should I wear (clothing) and makeup?Long, thick, brown wavy hair, blue-green eyes, white skin. Best eye makeup?
i have blue-green eyes and i ALWAYS get compliments on my eye makeup since it brings out the colors in the my eyes.

a little eyeliner couldn't hurt. follow these steps if you want.

1) put white eyeliner on lower lashline only to make tired eyes look more awake.

2) use black eyeliner to fill lower outer HALF and on the top part of your lash line (lid near lashes draw a somewhat thin line).

3) use light copper eyeshadow or beige-ish to bring out your eyes. then very light tan sparkly shadow for brow bone (important...up to eyebrow). i always use maybelline eyeshadow (the four different colored ones) because on the back they explain where the different colors should go to bring out your eye color. love them!!

4) black or dark brown mascara to lengthen and volumize. i recommend maybelline volume express or maybelline full and soft mascara. love those!!!

best of luck! i hope explained it well enough!!!! have fun!!!!

also, the eyeshadow should go over the eyeliner on the top lash so it's not so powerful, but it will stick make your lashes look thicker in person and in pictures.

oh, and the eyeliner on the lower lash should be only on outer half because otherwise it will look like too much makeup and plus, it makes your eyes appear bigger and brighter!

clothes- pastels are always in. anything that compliments your skin tone. blue and greens will bring out your eyes. if you have tanner skin, warm tones like orange/red/pink/yellow. if fair skin blue/green/purple.Long, thick, brown wavy hair, blue-green eyes, white skin. Best eye makeup?
black eyeliner on the bottom and oink eyeshadow on top
I think a blue smokey eye would be lovely on you.
BLUE CLOTHES AND YELLOW EYESHADOWS
For blue-green eyes, usually golds and plums look really great. I would recommend a golden eyeshadow scheme for this event. It will really bring out the color in your eyes. I think that you could probably wear a little bit of black eyeliner on the top lid, along with some mascara. Use a shimmery gold shadow on your lid, and then line the crease with a dark brown. Highlight the brow bone with a light shimmery color. Be sure to blend the eyeshadow well! Wear a light pink lip gloss, and maybe a little blush. You could wear a golden-yellow shirt and a dark skirt or jeans. Accessorize with a chunky bracelet or some pretty beads. Have fun!
i think something in the ';nude'; shade for the lips, green eyeshadow, light blush.
You can wear whatever is your favorite color. Do neutral/earth tones on your eyes with a nice sable brown liner, brown mascara, your skin tone is too fair for black. I would do a nice pink lipgloss, and a light brownish brush.
Clothes: I have practically the same coloring and hair texture as you! I like to wear either blues or deep greens (i.e. olive) to bring out eyes. White is always a good option, especially because it contrasts with your dark hair.

Makeup: I like to wear a shimmery olive color on my eyelids for a dramatic effect, but if you want something more natural, a pinky-peach or taupe eyeshadow will look gorgeous. Peach blush always looks good and opt for a sheer pink gloss. Voila!
